Genuine OEM parts sourced from authorized distributors carry the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and part type — typically 90 days to 1 year from the date of delivery. The applicable warranty terms are listed on the product page where available.
Aftermarket & Pro Kitchen Spares parts
Every aftermarket and Pro Kitchen Spares own-brand part comes with a limited 90-day Pro Kitchen Spares warranty covering:
- Defects in materials and manufacture.
- Parts that fail to meet stated performance specifications.
- Parts that do not match the compatibility listed on the product page.
We will replace any covered part free of charge — you ship the defective part back, we cover the replacement shipment. For fitment issues caused by a listing error on our side, we also cover return shipping.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or improper use.
- Normal wear items: gaskets, seals, and consumable components subject to heat cycling and regular wear are covered for defects only, not normal degradation.
- Parts used in applications outside their stated compatibility or rated specifications.
- Damage from power surges, flooding, fire, or other external causes.
- Parts clearly disclosed as “used / salvage” in the listing — sold as-is unless otherwise stated.
Parts & accessories
New parts: 30-day return window and 90-day defect replacement. Used / salvage parts: sold as-is unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.
How to file a claim
- Email service@prokitchenspares.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and (where possible) a photo of the defective part.
- Our parts team will respond within 1 business day with a resolution — replacement, refund, or return instructions.
- If a return is required, we will email a prepaid return label for warranty claims caused by a defect or listing error.
Transferability
The Pro Kitchen Spares warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this warranty limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction.
