Lead times

Standard shipping: Most small parts ship within 1 business day from our Dallas, TX facility. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US.

Expedited (paid): Add a note on your order or email us to request 2–5 day or next-day delivery for urgent repairs.

  • Large assemblies & rack sets: ship via insured freight within 1–2 business days; transit typically 3–7 business days.
  • Special-order & sourced parts: lead time quoted at time of order — usually 3–5 business days additional.

Shipping methods

Standard parcel

Small and medium parts — igniters, heating elements, thermostats, knobs, gaskets, drip pans, and similar items — ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order dispatches.

Insured freight

Heavier items such as full rack sets, cast-iron grate collections, and door assembly kits ship via insured LTL freight. All freight shipments include carrier insurance at full declared value. The carrier delivers to the receiving dock or kerbside.

International

We ship internationally on request. International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in the destination country, which the buyer is responsible for. Email us for a quote.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the part weight, dimensions, and destination. Standard parcel for small parts is typically $8–$25 within the continental US. Freight items are quoted at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the cart for current offers.

Inspection on delivery

  1. Check the parcel or freight packaging before signing.
  2. If you see any visible damage to the packaging, photograph it from multiple angles before signing.
  3. Note “packaging damage / subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt for freight shipments.
  4. Email us the photos and your order number within 72 hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

Address changes

We can update a shipping address at no charge before the order leaves our warehouse. After dispatch, address changes may incur the carrier's reconsignment fee.

Tracking

We email a tracking link as soon as the carrier picks up your order. For freight shipments, you may also receive a scheduling call from the carrier 24–48 hours before delivery.
