2. Eligibility

We do our best to describe each part accurately, including compatible model numbers, part specifications, condition grade, and any known limitations. Manufacturer trademarks, model numbers, and part numbers are reproduced for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Pricing & availability
- Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct typographical errors or update prices at any time. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we will contact you and either honor the listed price or cancel the order with a full refund.
- Stock levels are updated in real time. On rare occasions two orders may be placed simultaneously for the last unit, in which case we'll offer a comparable part or full refund.
5. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The order is accepted only when we send you a written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

8. Warranty
OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Aftermarket and Pro Kitchen Spares own-brand parts carry our limited warranty described on the Warranty page.
9. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with site security, or to introduce malicious code.
11. Intellectual property
All site content (logos, images, copy, layouts) is owned by Pro Kitchen Spares or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our written consent.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
